Alberto Nin

Alberto is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group, responsible for its investment strategy in Southern Europe. In his role, amongst other hospitality and logistics acquisitions, he was responsible for the acquisition and build-up of Livensa Living, a PBSA and flex living platform which owns and operates over 9,000 beds in Iberia. Prior to joining Brookfield, Alberto held roles at HIG Capital and UBS Investment Bank.
